Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. gv77 may levy a monthly inactivity fee on dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the platform FAQ. Players will be notified by email prior to any fees being applied.
gv77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (Tether). All real-money transactions on gv77 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Players are responsible for checking current thresholds before initiating a transaction. Transactions below the minimum threshold may be declined without notification.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's own name. gv77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All active Wagering Requirements must be fully satisfied before any portion of a Balance linked to Bonus Funds becomes eligible for withdrawal.
gv77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled. Requests submitted during peak PST hours are prioritised. gv77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your gv77 account are lawfully obtained and that you are the beneficial owner of those funds. gv77 may request supporting documentation to confirm the source of funds where transaction volumes or patterns warrant further review.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other incentives offered by gv77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between those promotion-specific terms and this document, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that individual offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a gv77 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. gv77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to the following are considered abuse and may result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and suspension or closure of the Player's account:
If a Player requests a withdrawal before their applicable Wagering Requirement has been met, gv77 will process the withdrawal of the real-money portion of the Balance only. Any outstanding Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from those Bonus Funds will be automatically cancelled at the time the withdrawal is requested.
gv77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has started where live-betting functionality was unavailable, bets placed on erroneous odds resulting from a manifest error, and bets that exceed the platform's maximum stake limits for a given market.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error (including incorrect odds, incorrect market parameters, or a technical malfunction), gv77 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as such.
All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based casino and slot games available on gv77 are independently certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. 10.2 gv77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 gv77 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability, for which gv77 shall not be liable.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit gv77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 gv77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the agreement between gv77 and each Player.
11.2 By registering on gv77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.
11.3 gv77 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.
You may close your gv77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure and applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
gv77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) gv77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; (c) continued operation of the account would expose gv77 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or (d) as required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of an account, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Licence rights granted to the Player under Section 9 terminate immediately upon account closure.
13.1 gv77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the gv77 platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulation.
13.2 Your continued use of the gv77 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gv77 is duly licensed and operated, to the extent permitted by applicable local law.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and gv77 regarding any aspect of the platform, Players are encouraged to first contact gv77's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. gv77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
14.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the Player first raising a complaint with gv77's support team, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable under gv77's operating jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
